How to make a star out of paper - easy templates, diagrams, instructions, and fun photo ideas

Girls and boys, and of course their parents like stars. They are perfect for any event, whether it's a romantic dinner, New Year, anniversary, birthday, Victory Day, or even May 1.

The star can be not only painted, but also made by hand. You can give any size, color and volume to the future product and using our master class, make your own unique star.

Dimensional star

This type is great for decorating a room.

Take:

• cardboard
• scissors
• glue
• pencil
• tape

Instructions:

1. Take out two cardboard squares, fold each in half 2 times, then 2 times diagonally.
2. Unfold and make four cuts with scissors on the fold line before reaching the center of half.
3. Fold the edges and smeared glue combine, so that there were 4 triangles on the edges of the workpiece.
4. Do the same with the second square.
5. And glue the resulting star for volume.

Unusual star of paper bags

Take:

• paper bags
• glue
• scissors
• Scotch tape

Instructions:

1. Glue 9-10 folded bags together by blotting one side of the bag.
2. Using scissors, cut off the corners of the bags on one side where we did not glue.
3. Unfold our workpiece and fix the bags between each other with a little scotch tape.
4. You can use paints to decorate it in any colors for the occasion. Or originally use colorful gift bags.

Simple star.

Take:

• A4 paper
• scissors
• glue
• pencil
• ruler

Instructions:

1. We take a sheet of paper, fold the sheet on the diagonal, as the sheet A4 is rectangular in shape, when folding will remain a rectangular line at the bottom, we safely cut it off. We get a square.
2. Unfold it and the resulting fold line and bend the edges of the workpiece on both sides. Secure with glue the resulting quadrilateral.
3. Then from the edge of the folded parts measure off 4 cm and draw lines to the edges. Cutting off all the excess we have to get a design similar to the airplane.
4. We trim the wings of the airplane on the diagonal. And using the ruler we make parallel lines.
5. In the middle make small notches on both sides. On one side cut the edge. On the other side we bend along the curve. We need such designs 5 pieces.
6. Assemble the blanks. The bent edges are attached to the second blank from the inside, using glue. Attach a third to the second, and a fourth to the third. After that, put them together and make a hole through which you can pull the rope (or leave it that way). Secure the fourth and fifth elements and done!

Big Star

Take:

• Scotch paper
• wrapping paper
• scissors
• ruler
• pencil

Instructions:

1. Fold the felt paper in half lengthwise to mark the center.
2. Fold the corners to the middle (as if making an airplane).
3. Fold the bottom corners, despite the designation of the middle.
4. Cut the bottom right angles with sides 1 cm, they will be attached to the other part.
5. Make five component parts and fasten with super glue, you can decorate with wrapping paper.

Such a large product will be suitable for school and preschool. To use them in children's plays or shoots.

Stencil

Take:

• paper
• stencil
• scissors
• glue
• colored or patterned paper for trim.

Instructions:

1. The hardest part is finding a stencil you like.
2. Print out the picture and cut carefully along the outline.
3. The pictures usually show the kink lines and where to apply the glue.
4. Connect the glue sides. If you follow the drawing exactly, you will enjoy the work and be proud of yourself.

Star garland

Take:

• colored paper
• scissors
• glue
• string
• needle
• (possibly a stencil)

Instructions:

• Draw (if you can't draw, you can use a printer and print out stencils from the internet).
• Cut out the elements in the form of stars Their number depends on the length of the garland you want to assemble.
• Thread a braid or thread through a needle and make punctures in the rays (as if collecting them on one thread) to make a long snake. You can tie a knot after each star. This will allow elements not to accumulate and not to gather, and hang each in its place. Such long garlands can be easily stored in small boxes or simply in bags. And take out if necessary for any holiday.

Multicolored star

Take:

• colored paper (one or more colors)

Instructions:

1. From colored paper cut a strip of about 10 cm.

6. Connect the two resulting semicircles with glue.
7. We get a wonderful handicraft.

It is just like in the previous version, you can connect with a needle and thread into a long chain. And decorate the space by hanging it between the walls.

Star of the envelopes

Take:

• squares of paper 8 pieces
• glue

Instructions:

1. First, you need to make envelopes out of the squares. The easiest way to change the shape of the paper in 3 rolls.
2. We put a square in front of us, pulling the top right corner to the bottom left. We obtain a triangle. Unfold. Then pull the top left edge to the bottom right and again a right angle. Unfold.
3. Turn our handicraft so that before you was a diamond and add a right and left edges to the center. We got a cuddle. And so do 8 times.
4. Then connect all the dolls in one star! We smear the edge of the ordinary side and attach it to the other and so on clockwise or counterclockwise.

Book

For this design you will need an old book or if you do not want to spoil books, you can take magazines with crossword puzzles and even colored ones, it will turn out even more interesting.

Take:

• a book (or magazine)
• cardboard
• glue
• scissors
• tape
• sequins (optional)

Instructions:

• First, draw 2 stars on the paper. To do this, use a compass and draw a circle. Divide the circle into 5 parts, and connect the dots. You get a pentagram.
• Then in the resulting pentagons in the center of each corner of the line drawn on the opposite side. Now you need to use scissors or a box cutter to draw along these lines. This should be done only on the top layer of cardboard, not cutting all the way through. Draw from the center r outer and inner corners. Fold the cardboard so that the edges went down the line, and applied scissors on top. The base is ready.
• Connect the two parts into a single volumetric star. Moving on to the book pages. Divide the sheet into 4, and from these parts make sleeves (similar to the sleeves for the seeds in my childhood).
• We glue the sharp tips to the center. First to the rays, then in the concave spaces. And so several layers. New Year's Star

Take:

• LED tape (garland)

Instructions:

• You need a stencil with indents and a foot so you can put the "crown" on the Christmas tree. Cut, bend indents to glue. If you used cardboard, then on top of the same templates, you should make patterns from wrapping paper and paste the cardboard. Before connecting the stars, make a few holes with a hole punch. Start connecting the two cut out blanks.
• Put the garland inside, you can fix it a little on the sides with masking tape and finish the two stars, so that the wire goes through the leg for convenience. Now you can decorate the Christmas tree with the main decoration and plug the garland into the socket.
• From the holes that were made with a hole puncher will shine a multicolored light. Such decoration is not ashamed to boast to friends and acquaintances who will come to your holiday.
