Technology of making New Year's wreaths

There are no strict rules for making Christmas wreaths. The main condition is that it must be round and ergonomic, so it can be hung on the door or placed on a table. As materials will do:

• tinsel
• cones
• ribbons
• bottle caps.

From spruce branches

This option is good because to the fabric part you can sew decorations: for example, snow from beads, or sew a fabric snowman or a textile sprig of mistletoe.

With balls of yarn

The wreath from balls of yarn is an unusual and labor-intensive piece. To make it, you will need a strong base and a sufficient number of Styrofoam balls. On each of them, you need to wind a certain amount of yarn so that the balls began to resemble balls of thread.

It is important to fix the end of each thread. Using thermal adhesive, you need to glue the "balls" to the base. It is best to use no more than three colors of yarn.

Made of cones

For a wreath made of cones you can use both wire base and foam. The process of creating this work is just as labor-intensive, but the result usually exceeds expectations. You need to wrap cones with wire, tucking it between the scales.

If you want, you can paint the cones: completely, making your handicraft in white and blue winter colors, or lightly "powder" with gold, silver or white paint the edges of the scales.

If the base is made of wire - you need to wind the cones to it, if foam - you just need to put the wire in it. An interesting option is to make a circle of twigs, and several cones to tape to the base in any order.
